A certain amount of stress is good for an individual, it can help with motivation which enable's us to work more efficiently, and makes good use of the adrenalin hormone. Adrenalin helps us in times of danger and can bring on the 'fight or flight' response. However, stress is rarely caused by just one factor and the causes are often very complex and difficult for an individual to work through alone.
