Eileen Trigg Counselling is an individual based practice and provides counselling for a wide range of issues. Eileen Trigg is also a member of the B.A.C.P. and abide's by their code of ethics.
The framework I use is Person- Centred and the ethos of this approach considers each person as an individual, unique and self governing, with help from my professional counselling each client can find their own solution to the problem that is concerning them.
Some of the problems and issues I deal with include Bereavement, Anxiety, Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse, Rape, Depression, Employment Difficulties, Stress, Assertiveness, Self-Esteem, Trauma , Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and problems relating to Domestic Violence and Self Harm. I'm also qualified in Critical Incident Debriefing.

I have over ten years of experience in counselling and offer both long and short term counselling depending on your particular needs. I work with individuals and adolescents. I am based three miles from Louth and work in a totally confidential and relaxing environment.
